'Pototo' — Team IP Project
Pototo is a team-based IP project developed through a market-oriented approach. I was responsible for early-stage market research, competitor analysis, brand pricing, and sales strategy, while also participating directly in offline market stall planning and execution. This experience allowed me to connect research, strategy, and real-world consumer feedback in a more grounded and practical way.
In the early phase of the project, I conducted market research to understand target audiences, consumer preferences, and broader category trends. I also carried out competitor analysis across similar IP and creative merchandise projects, comparing their positioning, pricing, visual language, and market performance to help define Pototo’s differentiation strategy.
Based on these findings, I contributed to the development of the brand’s pricing logic and sales strategy. This involved evaluating perceived product value, customer affordability, and offline selling conditions in order to build a pricing framework that was both commercially viable and responsive to the market.
In addition to strategic planning, I took part in offline market stall execution and used the selling environment as a direct testing ground for the product. By observing customer reactions, purchase behaviour, and communication patterns on-site, I was able to identify improvement opportunities and feed those insights back into product refinement and strategy optimisation.
